I have not died. I have not given up on the blog. Promise, I am still here. I have funny stories to tell you! I just can't type them up right now! I have 105 lightning bolts to cut for tomorrow. So, instead I will give you a quick peek at the behind the scenes fun at Pip and Bean during our busiest season!
Mail Girl! Charlie's job every morning is to take the mail buckets out to the curb. When she gets home from school she brings them in! She doesn't get paid but we have promised someday she can have a cape company.
Brian at our giant work table! He is holding a staff meeting with the only people that really hold still long enough to listen to him around here. The short one is Herbert Mininger and the tall one is Walter kronkite. It helps to name them so that when you are working in the middle of the night you can have a more personal sleep deprived hallucinate conversation with them.
We wear our capes all the time! These had to go with us this summer to Grandmas!
We make our friends who visit us wear our capes too so our children can have tea parties with a giant Kraken.
If the kids want a cool costume for Halloween it has to have a cape base (Penny as Fluffy from Harry Potter last year. I couldn't talk them into anything this cool for this year)
Sometimes we let the baby answer emails.
There are always kids in the workshop. They think that this is all normal.
Sometimes they let us use the back door at the post office and help us get all the packages in!
There you go a peek into what is everyday normal around here this time of year and why I don't have time to tell you about how Harry picked his nose this morning pulled out a huge boogie and then smiled and dropped it into Brian's coffee!
